Before Going To Bed - Too tired to just go to rest? try this.
What is going on before going to bed? Some times a long day at work makes you so stressed that you just want to get in bed and sleep, you wish you could just slide under the blankets but it seems mission imposible as much as you try. If you have that “extra energy” there is something you can try before going home, at home and before going to bed.
Before going home Watch Your Thoughts
Watch your internal thought process the next time you are under stress. You would notice that 'negative voice' would literally hijack your thoughts & cloud your mind with the incessant preaching of doom & gloom.
It is important to know that in life, things will not always turn up the way we want it to. Hey, that's what makes life interesting don't you agree?
Regardless, we must learn to wrest that control back from your negative side.
Change your thoughts with the combination of Power of Positive Thinking, Positive Affirmations and Creative Visualization.

Aromatherapy Treat
Make time every now and then for an Aromatherapy treat you can do at your own home. There's no need to go to an expensive spa to get that experience.
Aromatherapy has that nice smell that can invigorate your body and senses.
For stress relief, drip some Aromatherapy oil into a burner and let the smell permeate the air. My personal choice for de-stressing is Lavender, for purifying I use Pine or Tea Tree. In the mood for some romance? Try Sandalwood and Ylang Ylang. The many uses of Aromatherapy is only limited to your creativity and imagination.

Now you turn your music box on!!Relaxation music
Music definitely has an effect on our mood. It is often thought that classical music, new age or sound of nature can calm your mind.
Grap a bunch of easy listening music, lie on bed or kick back on a couch, close your eyes and let the melodies take you on a journey of musical fantasy and calm.

And before going to bed…Take a hot bath
A relaxing soak in the hot bath will definitely give your body and mind that much needed relief from stress. Take your time, add bubbles into your bath, or you could even add Aromatherapy oil. Turn on that radio and settle down with your favourite book or toy and soak away those troubles.
