Holosync - The sound technology that enables you to meditate as deeply as a Zen monk, at the touch of a button
Holosync claims to "eliminate stress from your life...naturally and safely stimulate the production of brain chemicals that dramatically slow aging and increase longevity...boost your mental powers to unheard of levels...eliminate most so-called "dysfunctional" feelings and behaviors...and attain a level of happiness and inner peace few people experience".
What makes Holosync different?
I have mentioned that Holosync is based on the binaural beat technology that is present in other binaural products. So, what makes it different?
At the time when binaural beat was discovered, many researchers were excited by it and conducted numerous experiments to measure its effect on our brainwave. The founder of Holosync, Bill Harris felt that they were looking at the wrong things, he said:
You will hear people say, for instance, "we will put you in an alpha brain wave pattern and such-and-such will be your experience" or "we will put you in a theta state and you will have an out-of-body experience" (or whatever).
This, to me, is like a runner thinking the important thing about running is that you breathe hard, you get sweaty, and your legs get tired. These are symptoms of running, but the real essence of the experience is that the cardiovascular system and the muscles are reorganizing at higher levels of functioning -- called "getting in shape".
Exposure to binaural beat technology creates great fluctuations in brain wave activity. These fluctuations give the nervous system input beyond its ability to handle.
Our brain, in response to these stimulus, continually evolve and reorganize itself to form a new structure to handle this input.
In the process, new neural pathways that increases the communication within the brain leads to what scientists call whole brain thinking or whole brain functioning, were built.
This leads to several benefits such as, increased learning ability, creativity, intuition, mental clarity, and intelligence.
Your brain reaches a plateau
Problem is, just like exercise, we will reach a plateau where our muscles has adapted to the same old routine, and simply refuses to respond to the training anymore.
It is with that observation that Bill Harris has gone on to develop a sound technology that is able to stimulate our brains to develop systematically, by increasing the 'intensity' over time.
I have tried the FREE demo CD and am quite impressed with the results. Using the short demo track, I've experienced a meditative, or more like a trance state within a short time. However, I do find the course pricey.
Regardless, you should give yourself an opportunity to experience the Holosync technology with their FREE trial.
Hey, you have nothing to lose. Give it a fair try will you?
