Stress Relief Technique - Jumping Frog Experiment

Ever heard of the frog experiment?

If you were to place a live frog into a pot of boiling water, its immediate reaction would be to jump out to avoid an untimely death.

If the same frog was placed into a pot of water placed over low heat, the frog will not have felt much initially, but over time, it will be consumed by the heat and end up dead!

Similarly, you may not be aware of the stress that has built up inside you, and if you do not deal with the stress, you will end up like the second frog.

Generally, when we encounter something or an incident that causes stress, it is important not to dwell on it endlessly.

A very fundamental thing you must learn to do is to 'Let Go'.
